We’re finalizing the logistics with other leagues, schools and town officials. Typically practices are done weekdays Monday through Friday in the afternoons. Once teams are formed and coaches assigned, you will be informed of the schedule by your coach.
We’ll start practices towards the end of August and start games on the weekend after Labor Day.
No! We’ve waived that requirement. But any and all help is appreciated, especially with the younger kids. We've chunked up the volunteer opportunities so that nobody has to do too much. Even coaching will be easier this year b/c we'll have separate team managers and snack coordinator. And coaching is really rewarding so give it some thought.
Don’t worry, we’ll train you and give you tools, drills and other helpful tips. AYSO provides great online coaching material and live workshops. Look at AYSOU for training details.
Teams are formed after the registration closes at the end of June and we'll let you know soon thereafter.
You bet! If you sign up before the end of June, we can guarantee you a team and accommodate buddy requests. If you wait until the last minute, it’s a bit more difficult to match up buddies but we’ll do our best.
