Registration for Fall 2017 Is Open!

Follow these steps to register your child...


1.  REGISTER: Complete the registration form at Web Youth Soccer (click the link at left, or click the big red button below).  New parents must create a Web Youth Soccer account in order to register.

Please note that you may request that your child be placed on a team with a buddy; simply enter the buddy’s name in the "Sibling" field of the registration form.  We will honor these requests if possible, while also satisfying the AYSO requirement of balanced teams.

2.  PRINT REGISTRATION PACKET: Bring 2 copies of the Registration Form and 1 signed copy of the Concussion Information Sheet to your child's first practice session and give them to the coach.  For insurance reasons, no player will be allowed to take part in practices or games until the coach has received these forms.

A link to a PDF of your child's registration forms can be found next to your child's name in your Web Youth Soccer account once registration is complete.

3.  PAY REGISTRATION FEE: Payment is handled with Web Youth Soccer when you register.

  • U5/U6:  $155
  • U8+:  $195

Payment

Payment is handled by Web Youth soccer -- either during registration, or following pre-registration.

Schedule...

  • U5 & U6 practices will be held at Ormondale School on a Wednesday or Thursday (subject to change)
  • U8 thru U10 games are played Saturdays in Portola Valley, Woodside, Menlo Park and Palo Alto
  • U12 thru U14 games are played Saturdays; away games will be played in neighboring towns
  • U16 thru U19 games are played Sundays; away games will be played in neighboring towns

 

Requesting a Drop

If your child cannot play and you wish to request a drop, please contact the Region 25 Registrar via email (ayso25reg@gmail.com).  Refunds are available only for players dropped before July 1st, 2017.


Financial Aid

AYSO asks that parents/guardians finance their child’s registration fee to the “extent that they are able.”

However, there is a Financial Aid Fund to help parents/guardians with the registration fee.  We provide help to families who demonstrate the greatest need while funds remain available.  To request a financial aid form please contact the Region 25 Registrar via email (ayso25reg@gmail.com).  All information will be held in complete confidence.


I’ve Registered My Child, What Next?

All players who are fully registered (including payment) will be assigned to a team in July.  You will receive your child’s team placement and practice schedule in August.

The Volunteer Coordinator will contact parents who have offered to help out with the Fall Season during July.
